  1. The Client is required to read and accept these Terms and Conditions before booking or receiving any service<\/li>
  2. The Studio performs all procedures only for adults.<\/li>
  3. Minors must provide written consent from a legal guardian.<\/li>
  4. The Studio ensures the sterility of all tools used during procedures.<\/li>
  5. The Studio does not perform procedures on persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychoactive substances, or intoxicating substances.<\/li>
  6. Touching any equipment used for tattooing or any auxiliary materials is strictly prohibited in the Studio. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious health risks.<\/li>
  7. Prices at the Studio are determined individually. The price is based on the size of the tattoo or, in the case of larger projects, on the number of full-day sessions required to complete the work..<\/li>
  8. Tattoo appointments can be booked in person or by phone.<\/li>
  9. Once a session date has been agreed, the Client is required to pay a deposit. The final tattoo price includes the previously paid deposit. Every payment made to the Studio is treated as a deposit. The Studio does not accept advance payments. Deposits are non-refundable.<\/li>
  10. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>
  11. Unused deposits expire after 6 months from the date of the last session, or after 6 months from the date of payment if no session has taken place.<\/li>
  12. The Client may reschedule an appointment up to two times without losing the deposit, provided that each change is made at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment.<\/li>
  13. The Client may change the session date no later than 7 days before the agreed appointment date.<\/li>
  14. If several appointments are booked at the same time, a deposit is required for each appointment. The total deposit amount will be deducted during the final session.<\/li>
  15. Failure to attend the scheduled appointment or failure to notify the Studio at least 7 days before the procedure results in the loss of the paid deposit.<\/li>
  16. For tattoos that require more than one session, the deposit is always deducted from the final session.<\/li>
  17. The minimum price for a tattoo is PLN 300. Promotions, discount vouchers, and other discounts do not apply to this minimum price unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking.<\/li>
  18. The Studio may send SMS reminders before your scheduled appointment.<\/li>
  19. The Studio is not responsible for improper tattoo healing resulting from failure to follow the aftercare instructions. In such cases, any touch-ups will be charged separately and agreed with the Client. The minimum charge is PLN 200.<\/li>
  20. The Studio is not responsible for the way tattoo pigments heal or settle in the skin, as this depends on the individual healing process and on areas of the body that are subject to frequent friction.<\/li>
  21. The Client acknowledges and understands that tattoos placed on so-called „high-wear areas,” such as the hands, elbows, feet, or wrists, may fade more quickly due to the nature of these body parts.<\/li>
  22. Touch-ups for tattoos on high-wear areas, including hands, fingers, and feet, as well as cover-up tattoos, are subject to an additional charge unless agreed otherwise.<\/li>
  23. Upon request, the Studio will provide certificates confirming the quality and compliance of the tattoo inks used. If additional ink application is required, the procedure will be charged separately and agreed with the Client. The minimum charge is PLN 150.<\/li>
  24. A tattoo design may be sent to the Client upon request after payment of 50% of the total tattoo price, within the timeframe agreed with the Client.<\/li>
  25. If a tattoo is booked as a single session but cannot be completed during that session, an additional appointment will be scheduled and charged accordingly.<\/li>
  26. The Studio provides full information regarding tattoo aftercare and healing and offers professional aftercare products recommended by our artists.<\/li>
  27. The Studio offers free, no-obligation consultations to discuss tattoo ideas and answer any questions regarding the tattoo process.<\/li>
  28. Tattoo artists reserve the right to refuse to perform a tattoo without providing a reason. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund of the deposit.<\/li>
  29. Discount codes and percentage discounts must be provided when booking the appointment. Codes or discounts presented after the booking has been made will not be accepted.<\/li>
  30. If the Client arrives more than 30 minutes late for the appointment, the Studio reserves the right to charge an additional fee or refuse to perform the tattoo.<\/li>
  31. Free tattoo touch-ups are available within 2 months of the tattoo date, except where the touch-up is required due to the Client’s actions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.<\/li><\/ol>
