A cover-up is simply covering an old, often poorly done tattoo with a new one.<\/strong><\/p>

This can involve completely concealing the old tattoo so well that no one would ever guess there was something underneath it. Another method is what’s known as a „blast-over”<\/strong> (or cover blast).
